Tetebatu Biking Tour is fun riding through country side of Tetebatu village, explore inside of the village and enjoy the natural beauty of Panorama, rice terraces and pineapple farm. This tour combine with visit to the Sarang Walet Waterfall near the village and soft hiking to watch black monkey, walk in coffee plantation and conserved forest.
Tetebatu Biking Tour depart early morning (7 AM) for participant who staying at Senggigi, Mataram or Kuta area. The participant who are staying in Tetebatu will be picked up 08.30 AM. Drive to the starting point at the forest edge of Tetebatu village. Before start the ride, your guide will escort you for soft hiking to search for black monkey and visit the Sarang Walet Waterfall. After the waterfall get ready and start the biking tour, riding through minor road with rice terraces views on the side, pineapple plantation and villagers. The ride end at Pringgasela village where you can see the local people doing a weaving in traditional way. They are producing Sarung and Songket clothes in authentic motif and patents.
The biking tour is guaranteed to be a fun and Easy going tour with a flexible time of 3 hours paddle, you can stop as many as you need to photograph and learn about local culture and nature.

Tetebatu Village, a stunning village with rice fields, waterfall, monkey forest and local food located on the east Lombok region. This small town is what Ubud long time ago when not very touristic
Monkey forest, the monkey forest at Tetebatu is very unique as it has black monkeys which are more shy and less aggressive than the common grey monkeys
Tetbatu rice terraces, an unique area of land in Lombok that is home to stretching rice fields build into the mountain. The land layered with different platforms growing various types of rice. This is due to a centuries-old traditional irrigation technique called subak. This is done so the water can run through the various layers of rice crops and keep them wet and good to grow.
Pringgasela village, a small village producing Songket or Tenun Sarung and clothes that they made in very traditional hand weaving.
Itinerary:
Our guide will pick you up at 07.00 at your hotel and drive you to the starting point at forest edge, Tetebatu village about 1 hour and 45 minutes from the Senggigi area. Arrive at Tetabatu village continue with soft hiking activities to search the black monkey on their habitat and visit Sarang Walet waterfall.
After the waterfall start biking, ride through minor road explore the country side of Tetebatu village, meet with local people and enjoy the scenery. Along the ride you will see lots of beautiful rice terraces on the left and right side and also the pineapple and coffee plantation. Get interact with the locals who working on their field.
The tour will end in Pringgasela village after 2 – 3 hours ride. In this village you can see the local people doing traditional hand weaving. You can learn or practice how to weave. The biking is done, we will drop you back to your hotel.
